Returns & Refunds

1. Stock Items

  • Unwanted items may be returned within 5 days of receipt by contacting us first via phone or website.
  • Return the items only after receiving our approval.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • If items are faulty or defective, please notify us immediately for a replacement.
  • If a collection or delivery appointment is missed, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

2. Customised Items

  • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • If a customised item is faulty, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.

3. Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

4. Exceptions

  • Promotional items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • To ensure you receive the correct items, return your items promptly once your return request is approved, and repurchase if necessary.
